Nordic – Turkey & Plant with spring cabbage & carrot coleslaw


  • The Original
  • Brioche bun
  • Spring cabbage
  • Carrot
  • Parsley
  • Mustard / honey cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Chives


Step 1

Heat a pan and toast the buns

Step 2

Add oil and cook the patties for about 12-14 minutes,
turning halfway during cooking

Put together your patty

Spread coleslaw over the base bun add the patty then salt & pepper.
Finally, top with the sliced cucumbers, chives and spread mustard over the top bun and serve your patty.
