Add some rosemary to the aioli for your own rosemary aioli
Heat a griddle pan and toast the buns
Add oil and cook the patties for about 12-14 minutes,
turning halfway during cooking
Put together your patty
Spread ajvar relish over the base bun, add rocket, the patty then salt & pepper.
Finally, some dried tomatoes and spread rosemary aioli over the top bun and serve your patty.
