Mediterranean – Chicken & Plant with rocket salad, semi dried tomatoes & dressing

Ingredients

The Mediterranean
Brioche bun
Rocket salad
Semi-dried tomatoes
Romanesque-like dressing and mayo
Salt, dryed rosmarin and pepper

Step 1

Add some rosemary to the aioli for your own rosemary aioli

Step 2

Heat a griddle pan and toast the buns

Step 3

Add oil and cook the patties for about 12-14 minutes,
turning halfway during cooking

Put together your patty

Spread ajvar relish over the base bun, add rocket, the patty then salt & pepper.
Finally, some dried tomatoes and spread rosemary aioli over the top bun and serve your patty.
