Ingredients

  • The Original
  • Brioche bun
  • Mayo
  • Spicy BBQ dressing
  • Curl green salad
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Red onion slices
  • Pickles

Step 1

Heat a griddle pan and toast the buns

Step 2

Add oil and cook the patties for about 12-14 minutes,
turning halfway during cooking

Step 3

Turn around and add some salt, pepper and 1 slice cheddar cheese on both and cook for 2 mins

Put together your patty

Spread bbq sauce over the base bun, add salad and onion then the patty
Finally relish, chili and the top bun. Serve your patty.
