Brunch plate with scrambled eggs & fresh spinach salad

perfect for breakfast or for brunch with friends!


  • The American
  • 1 pack of turkey & plant sausage some olive oil and butter for frying
  • 2 pcs. cherry tomatoes
  • 50 g prepared spinach
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ΒΌ cucumber
  • 5 pc radishes
  • 50 g blue cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • 5 eggs
  • 5 tablespoons milk
  • fresh chives


Step 2

squeeze orange juice and a little olive oil over the spinach

Step 3

cut cucumber and radishes, turn with the spinach and top with diced blue cheese. Season with salt and peper

Step 4

fry the sausages until golden together with the tomatoes cut in half and keep warm on a platter

Step 5

beat eggs together with milk, season with salt and pepper. Make scrambled eggs on the same pan over low heat. When the egg mass settles to the bottom, turn it over with a spatula. Repeat to good consistency, it takes a few minutes.

Step 6

Serve sausages, fried tomatoes together with fresh spinach salad, scrambled eggs and sprinkle with chives
