Cooking Guidelines
Remove all packaging and cook from chilled.
Pan Fry 9-11 mins
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large nonstick frying pan. Add the sausages and fry over a medium to low heat for about 9-11 minutes, turning every now and again to brown them evenly
Grill or BBQ 12-14 mins
Preheat the grill to medium, arrange the sausages on the grill rack, brush with a tablespoon of vegetable oil then cook for about 8 -10 minutes, turning to brown them evenly. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Not suitable for microwave cooking. Do not reheat. Ensure product is cooked thoroughly and is piping hot and no pink meat is visible.
